These Terms of Service govern your use of camper-repair.com and the services provided by Open Road RV Repair, LLC (“Open Road,” “we,” “us”). By using our website, contacting us, or booking service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our Services
Open Road provides mobile RV repair, maintenance, and inspection services in the areas we serve. Service availability depends on location, technician schedules, and the type of work requested.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided and may change once a technician inspects the RV.
Appointments and Cancellations
Please provide accurate information about your RV, its location, and the problem you are experiencing. Our technicians must have safe and reasonable access to the RV in order to perform service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible.
Standard Fees
Service Fee — $125.00
Required for all standard RV repair appointments. This fee also covers follow-up visits related to the initial service complaint.
Standard Labor Rate — $175.00 per hour
The initial diagnostic visit is subject to a minimum charge of one hour of labor plus the standard service fee. Additional time onsite is billed at $87.50 per half hour.
Dual Technician Labor Rate — $262.50 per hour
The standard service fee also applies.
Extended Warranty Labor Rate — $200.00 per hour
The standard service fee also applies.
Materials, supplies, parts, taxes, and other applicable fees may be charged separately and will appear as separate line items.
Payment
Payment is due when work is complete.
Open Road’s mobile RV technicians do not carry or accept cash or check payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards only.
If you choose to save a payment method on file, you authorize Open Road to charge that payment method for services you approve. You may remove a saved payment method at any time by contacting us.
Past-due balances may be subject to collection.
Warranty
Open Road RV Repair provides a 30-day warranty on labor, beginning on the date of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts are provided by the applicable manufacturer.
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or work performed by others.
Open Road’s 30-day labor warranty does not extend beyond our staffed service areas. All warranty work must be performed by Open Road technicians. Open Road does not provide coverage for labor performed by third parties.
Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Open Road RV Repair related to your service. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates, invoices, and payment receipts.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Call Recording
Calls to and from Open Road may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and service-record purposes. When required by applicable law, notice and/or consent will be obtained before a call is recorded.
Website Use
The content on camper-repair.com is provided for general information about our services and is not a substitute for an in-person inspection of your RV.
You may not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Open Road’s total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.
Open Road is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost travel plans, lodging costs, or loss of use of the RV.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes become effective when they are posted on this page with a new effective date.
