Extended Warranty Claims

Open Road RV Repair works with many extended warranty service providers to expedite your claim.

How the process works:

Give us a call – All warranty claims will require: manufacturer name, model number, serial number, date of purchase, year, make, model, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of your RV and any warranty policy information that you have.
Schedule a service appointment – Our technicians will diagnose the cause of your issue, take any required photographs and help determine the appropriate course of action. Note — our $250.00 mobile service fee for warranty work may not be covered by manufacturer warranty and maybe due at the time of service.
Process the claim – Open Road will work with your extended warranty provider to complete the warranty claim process and communicate our findings back to you.
Schedule repair service – We maybe required ordering parts to complete your repair. If we are not able to complete your repair and process your claim during our initial visit, a follow-up visit will be required to complete your repair. Also, our technician or office staff will communicate to you any deductibles that may be required under your specific warranty contract.

During all steps of the warranty process our staff will keep you informed. You will never be left out of the process at Open Road RV! There is a $25 Processing Fee to process all Extended Warranty Claims.
