Our pricing is designed to be transparent. Most repair appointments begin with a service fee and diagnostic time so we can accurately identify the problem before repairs are performed.
Once the issue is diagnosed, we explain the recommended repair and pricing before moving forward. No work is performed without your approval.
Service Fee – $125
- Required for standard RV repair appointments
- Covers technician dispatch
- No additional service fee charged on follow-up visits for the same job
Standard Labor – $175/hr
- One-hour minimum billed for initial diagnostic services
- Additional time billed at $87.50 per half hour
- Repairs requiring two technicians are billed at $262.50 per hour
Extended Warranty – $200/hr
Open Road RV Repair services qualifying extended warranty claims. We do not process manufacturer warranty claims.
Extended warranty work begins with a diagnostic appointment that is paid onsite before the claims process begins.
Service Fee + one hour labor is the minimum charge on the initial standard repair visit. Parts, materials, shop supplies, and other applicable charges are additional unless specifically included in a flat-rate service or package. Payment is made onsite. Open Road RV Repair accepts Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Technicians do not accept cash or checks, and American Express is not accepted.

Preventative maintenance can help identify developing problems before they become larger repairs. Open Road RV Repair offers individual maintenance services as well as a comprehensive annual maintenance bundle performed at your RV.

RV Heating & Cooling Services
Open Road RV Repair provides mobile service for RV air conditioning and heating systems, including LP/propane furnaces and hydronic heating systems.
Our technicians have completed additional training with manufacturers and RV system providers including Coleman, Suburban, Aqua-Hot®, Truma, Airxcel, and Firefly.
Open Road RV Repair is also an authorized repair facility for Aqua-Hot® and Oasis heating systems.
Heating & Cooling Service Pricing
- RV Air Conditioner Installation: $400 per unit + parts
- Annual RV Air Conditioner Service: $300; additional AC units $50 each

RV Appliance Service
Open Road RV Repair diagnoses and services many RV appliances, depending on the appliance brand and manufacturer.
Our technicians work with many of the appliances and systems commonly installed in motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and campers.
Washer and dryer service is limited to Splendide units. Open Road RV Repair is an authorized repair facility for Splendide.
Please note: We do not replace large kitchen appliances such as large four-door refrigerators or standard residential appliances, and we do not install customer-supplied parts.

Can you work on my RV while I’m staying at a campground?
Often, yes. We provide mobile service at campgrounds and RV parks, provided the property allows repair work and the technician can safely access the RV.
